Cool Summer Sandwich

The holidays are now at an end for almost everyone and it's time to return to the usual daily Tran Tran. Want to cook little, something good but fresh for lunch break in the office would be ideal but what? Here is the answer to all our problems!!! A delicious sandwich, fresh and delicate, not at all heavy and made with absolute quality ingredients. It's true, we're just talking about a sandwich, but why stick the first things we find inside any piece of bread? A good sandwich must be prepared starting from the choice of excellent raw materials. An excellent bread, of quality, a bread made with wholemeal flour of Tumminia stuffed with artisan Robiola, raw of Norcia refined with the grape marc, fresh figs and the excellent honey of Etna. A few ingredients but of exceptional quality for a gourmet sandwich absolutely to try.

4 loaves of wholemeal flour of Tumminia with cereals
4 fresh figs
4 walnuts
4 tablespoons of artisan Robiola
100 grams of rocket
200 grams of prosciutto di Norcia aged in grape Marc
Etna Honey to taste

To prepare our cool summer bun, we have to start by cutting in two the loaves then smear, on the bottom, the Robiola and take a handful of rocket.


We continue to stuff our sandwich with slices of ham. Cut the figs into slices and cook them on top of the raw. We complete the whole with coarsely chopped walnuts and a flow of honey.
