For a tasty breakfast or a satisfying snack, here are some soft, light and healthy muffins. Prepared with natural ingredients are perfect for our children but also for us so we do not have to have regrets once tasted. Thanks to the use of natural raw materials, not refined and of excellent quality, we will get a really good and healthy product. Let’s see what it takes to prepare these mini delicacies.

250 grams of wholemeal flour
120 grams of brown sugar Muscovado
30 grams of almond flour
8 grams of yeast for sweets
90 ml of seed oil
300 ml of orange juice and carrots
1 teaspoon quinoa
The grated peel of an orange
We begin the preparation of our wholemeal muffins with carrots and orange, putting in a bowl the wholemeal flour and sugar. In A mixer We put the almonds and finely to get the almond flour.
Let’s combine it with the other ingredients then add the quinoa and the yeast.
After the dry ingredients, add the oil and mix it up until we get a sandy compound. Add the orange peel and continue to stir.
With the help of a centrifuge or an extractor, we get the juice from two oranges and a carrot (depending on the size) then, little at a time, add it to the mixture until a smooth batter is obtained. We cover a muffin mould with cups then riempiamoli for 2/3. We supply, in preheated oven, for 30 ‘ to 175 °. As soon as the toothpick is ready, we’il be able to crank it up.
