The smoothies (from the velvety, creamy English) are not simple smoothies but we can define them as healthier smoothies than the smoothies themselves. They are prepared with thin milk or yogurt, fresh or frozen fruit and are low calorie. Rich in vitamins and essentially light, they can also be prepared in detox version (like the one I present in this post) or, more simply, let's say they can help us purify after a period of festivities and revelry. 175 grams of Greek yogurt
150 ml of pineapple juice
1 cm fresh ginger
Pour the smoothie in tall and large glasses or, if you are supplied, in jars in order to make the presentation more pleasant and modern. We decorate with some pineapple leaf and, if you like, with ice and mint leaves. We serve immediately.
