Skinny Hamburger for Kids

A little imagination in the kitchen is also good for children's dishes… So what do you say about making puppies feel the thrill of a big pot? Here comes the opportunity, then, to prepare a nice hamburger very light and skinny so, in the appearance, can eat like the big!

Ingredients for 1 Hamburger:

1 slice of skinny beef fillet
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 strand of chives

Procedure:

With the help of a knife, we chop the slice of fillet by passing over it over and over again to avoid leaving too big pieces. At this point, we transfer the chopped mixture into a bowl, add the parmesan and the finely chopped chives. We mix everything well and give the mixture the classic form of hamburger. Let's warm up a frying pan on a lively flame and put on our hamburger, cover with a lid so that the steam released during cooking allows the meat to remain juicy and moist, and let it cook for about 3 ' per side. Remember to check the inside cooking of the hamburger that should not be pink.

Tips for mise en place:

Well, I don't think that a one-and-a-half-year-old child is so case-shaped… Just Eat!!!

We serve well warm and good appetite!!!!!
