Apple Puff

Holidays and commitments have kept me away from the stove and they will do it for a while but just have a moment of time and an irrepressible craving for dessert, which is to check out a delicious and fresh dish because of the exquisite combination with Golosissimo vanilla ice cream! The Apple puff is also excellent by itself, of course, and it’s fine for a satisfying breakfast accompanied by a coffee. Then rimbocchiamoci the sleeves and start preparing our dough.


Ingredients for 4 people

 
 

1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
1 apple Pink Lady
3 tablespoons apricot jam
4 walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 Walnut of butter
1 egg

To prepare our sheets of apples, we start by opening the puff pastry and dividing it into 8 rectangles. Divide the jam on the rectangles and Stendiamola in the central part only. We wash the apple and eliminiamone the skin, then tagliamola it into thin slices.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Place the slices of apple on the jam, taking care to always leave the edge of our rectangles free. Brush the dough with the beaten egg yolk and we supply, in oven preheated to 180 °, for 25 ‘.
After cooking time, bake and let it cool down before serving.
