Guacamole

The beautiful season, you know, is a perfect time to stay with friends, exchange a chat but, also, to be together at the table to taste great dishes. Obviously here we prefer to treat the last aspect of this conviviality but we do not neglect even the others… If you happen to have guests even for an aperitif on the terrace in the cool of a pleasant breeze that, again and luckily, is felt, you can entertain your guests with a fresh guacamole accompanied by croccantissimi nachos and a tasty Cocktails to complete the picture. Very quick to prepare will assure you the compliments of your guests who leave only a small trail of crumbs… Let's see how to proceed.

1 avocado
1 files
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 Chili Peppers
1/4 Red Tropea Onion
6 cherry tomatoes

To prepare the guacamole, we cut in two the avocado, priviamolo of the central core, engrave the pulp so as to form squares and, with the help of a spoon, stacchiamola from the skin putting in a boule. Grate the skin of the lime and add to the avocado then spremiamolo and add the juice to the boule. We also add a pinch of salt and, with the help of a fork, we crush the pulp and Amalgamiamo until we get a puree.

 

 

Add the 1/2 chopped chili peppers, the onion and the diced cherry tomatoes.

Amalgamiamo all the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous mixture. We're ready to serve.

Pour the guacamole into a bowl and accompagnamolo with a basket of nachos.
