Large figs and raw noodles

It's summer time and at this time of year, everyone likes to eat fresh and fast dishes that don't make us sweat in front of the stove. We know very well that figs and prosciutto are an excellent and tasty combination and then why not use them for a quick, fresh pasta dish and let us bring to the table a refined and particular flow? Beyond the appearance, it really takes very little time, just to cook the pasta and we can enjoy a very special dish!


Ingredients for 4 people:

450 grams of wide noodles
3 large figs
100 grams of Parma ham
80 grams of spreadable cheese
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

Procedure:
 
Put a pot on the fire with plenty of water and let it come to a boil then, saliamola and cook the pasta for the time indicated in the package. Meanwhile, we wash carefully and gently the figs and cut to wedges so, let's put them aside. Cut the ham into thin strips and put this aside too. In a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of cooking water and let the spreadable cheese dissolve so that it becomes a cream. At this point we combine figs, ham and a minced pepper and amalgamiamo taking care to keep some slices of fig and a slice of ham aside for the decoration. We drain the pasta that now should be ready and amalgamiamola to the condiment. Let's get ready to serve.
 
Tips for mise en place:

Place the dough in the center of the dish. Let's act on a few slices of fig and end the plate with a rose of raw, a minced pepper and a drizzle of oil raw.
