Buffalo mozzarella and speck Patties

I think it's time to move on to a more full-bodied appetizer… Today we will prepare a tasty dish, rich in flavor and at the same time very simple. This is a course that will definitely make you hungry…
A single clarification on the subject, in the realization in photos, I made of bacon bread in the house but rest assured, I will ask you to use bread in cassette!!!



Ingredients for 9 Cupcakes:


A box of bread in a box
500 grams of buffalo mozzarella
9 slices of speck
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Pepper to taste
Arugula and savory ricotta for decoration

Procedure:

 

Fast preparation. With a coppapasta we pair the bread in cassette and we get eighteen discs or two discs for Patty. Cut the mozzarella in slices high a finger and in this case also prepare eighteen slices. Let's start assembling in our cupcakes. We position the first disc of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, we alternate a slice of mozzarella, then another disc of bread and finally a last slice of mozzarella. Let's do this for all the cupcakes. Just finished, we take our speck and wrap around each patty. A drizzle of oil above each cake and we supply for the time necessary to melt the mozzarella. Bake and put on a serving dish.
 
Tips for mise en place:

On the serving plate we prepare a bed of arugula on which adageremo our cupcakes. Maciniamoci on a little pepper, a grated salted ricotta and a drizzle of oil on each cake and we are ready to serve.
