Bresaola and feta salad

Until today we have cooked a lot of dishes, I think it's time to take a little break and prepare something light. A nice salad, fresh, delicate, tasty and detoxifying.

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 Roman Lettuce
200 grams of Bresaola
300 grams of Greek feta
4 tablespoons olives
4 tablespoons of corn
250 grams of cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena and salt to taste

Procedure:
 
We wash the lettuce rinsing under the running water and depriving of the outermost leaves and put it aside. We wash the tomatoes and cut in half by putting them momentarily aside. We take our feta and tagliamola in cubes and we put this aside too. Cut the slices of bresaola in two or three parts and prepare to assemble our salad.
 
Tips for mise en place:

In A saucer we start to lay the first leaves of lettuce, above we put the bresaola then again the lettuce. At the center we put the cherry tomatoes so we drop all over the plate some feta cheese, a tablespoon of corn and an olive. We conclude with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of oil over the whole salad and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
