Striped Spaghetti with crumb

We do not always have time or desire to prepare dishes that require time and effort but, however, we do not want to give up the taste. How to do then? Here comes a dish of the southern tradition in our rescue. A first rooted in the history of southern Italy that is prepared with what we have, in a short time and with simple ingredients present in the pantry of all houses. Each region has its own nuances and adds some ingredients but the basic version, the original one to be understood, does not require preventive spending and helps us not to lose ancient flavors. 450 grams of spaghetti striped
1 clove of garlic
4 Fillets of salted anchovies
6 tablespoons crumbled breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley to taste
Salt, chilli and E.V.O. oil Q. b

In a pan we heat a tablespoon of oil then add the crumb and let it absorb all the liquid stirring continuously to sweet flame. Let's Toast 2 ' then add the chopped parsley.
