Don't call it just caprese…

Sunday, walking in the park with the child, we did a little ' late and then my wife proposed to have lunch with a caprese. Good idea, I like it, go for the Caprese. Two minutes before we get home, the baby is asleep. And then, going up home, my wife put him to bed and, taking advantage of his absence, was dedicated to two outstanding matters and I had too much time to prepare a caprese… and then? Arricchiamola (so we made the artichokes, my mother made me the dry tomato and the olives so of things we have) and presentiamola in a larger dish, so then everyone takes what goes! Moral of the fable? Beautiful!!! NOW photos!!!! There's nothing left…

Ingredients for 4 people:

250 grams of mozzarella
3 tomatoes
250 grams of Parma ham
Olives seasoned to taste
Hearts of artichokes oil to taste
Dry tomato oil to taste
10 cherry tomatoes
E.V.O. Oil and oregano to taste
1 sprig of basil for decoration

Procedure:

Cut the mozzarella into thick slices and dispose them in the outermost part of the dish, wash and slice the tomato and posizioniamolo over the mozzarella. Take the raw and lay it in the innermost part then take the artichokes, cut in two and Posizioniamoli over the ham. We fill the central vacuum of the dish with the washed dates. We cut the dried tomato and put it between an artichoke and the other, with the olives we complete the arrangement of the ingredients.

Tips for mise en place:

There is not much left to do, it is a dish that is assembled during the preparation. Just add a drizzle of oil and a bit of oregano and finish with a sprig of basil in the center of the dish.

Enjoy your meal!!!!!
