My soft Mojito

As promised we came back!!!! I could not abandon my dear friends… Sure, two weeks have left their mark on the waist but we will see, in the days to come, to recover with something light and that does not burden us especially since this scorching heat does not take Abandon… In this regard, I thought of refreshing, relatives and friends, with a soft cocktail (I'm not a big drinker and I do not like a lot of alcohol) fresh and refreshing. Surely fans of the real Mojito will see it almost like a heresy but I assure you that if you do not want to continue sweating for five minutes, this will help you!!!!!
Let's see how to prepare it.


Ingredients for 4 people:

4 files
Abundant Mint Fresh
4 teaspoons brown sugar
Ice
1 bottle of lemon tonic water

Procedure:
 
We wash the files well and cut in slices and cubes, keeping aside 4 slices for decoration. We wash the mint and separate the leaves from the twig, keeping aside four sprigs for decoration. We coarsely chop the ice and prepare to assemble our cocktails. Put a teaspoon of sugar in each glass and add the lime. Let's crush everything to get the juice out and mix it up. Add the mint Pestandola gently to prevent all the juices from leaving the leaves. Add the ice and fill with the lemon tonic. We decorate and serve.
 
Tips for mise en place:

We decorate each glass with a slice of lime stuck on the edge of the same and with a small sprig of mint lying on the surface of the glass.
