Wheat tortillas

The tortillas are appetizing "sandwiches" that we can season as we want. We can use sausages for a more Italian version or chicken, for example, for a more South American version. If you have guests and you do not know what to prepare, in a few minutes you can pull out these snacks to accompany what you have in the fridge and in a moment you can bring to the table a dish that will not make you disfigure. Let's see how to proceed.


Ingredients for 4 people:

 

500 grams of flour 0
8 tablespoons of E.V.O. oil
240 ml of water
1 Sachet of baking powder
2 pinches of salt

 

Procedure:
 

 

First we need to dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Tips:

To keep the tortillas soft and do not dry them, just ready put them, stacked on each other, in a plastic bag for food or wrap in a dry cloth.
