Finger of Puff

Ideal for an aperitif, these finger are nice and practical single-portion snacks. With a pinch of fantasy we can be able to create teaspoons of puffs to be used as real spoons. Just fill the tip and they will go away in a mouthful. Let's see, step by step, how to achieve them.

Ingredients for 4 people:


1 Roll of puff pastry
125 grams of tuna
200 grams of cheese flakes
1 tablespoon of salted capers
1 tablespoon of green olives
Fresh oregano to taste




Srotoliamo the dough and poggiamoci over the spoons to fill it completely. Following the perimeter of the spoons, ritagliamone the contour with the help of a knife.



Remove the excess paste and, always leaving the spoons above the dough, we supply a hot oven for 15 ' to 180 °. In the meantime, add the tuna to the cheese and stir to make it mix well. Rinse the capers with abundant water and then triincorporiamoli with the olives and the tuna and cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are mixed together.



At this point, our teaspoons of puffs will be cooked. Let them cool a few minutes (the metal spoons will be hot) then detach the spoons from the dough. Let's get ready for serve.

Tips for mise en place:
