Tasty Capri Shorts: With the approaching of the festivities, besides being able to find inspiration from the various recipes present in the blog, we can also try in the preparation of this super fast and easy appetizer but of sure effect. A small revisitation of a classic Caprese that sees, instead of the fresh tomato, a more tasty dry tomato and the transformation of the texture of the mozzarella combined. You’ll see that you will surely leave everyone open-mouthed!!!! Let’s see how to proceed.

Ingredients for 4 people

 

4 teaspoons of dried cherry tomato Pesto

125 grams of buffalo mozzarella

1 tablespoon of pistachios

4 fresh basil leaves

Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

Procedure

To prepare the glasses of caprese, we can use the tomato Pesto dry cherry (if we did and preserved) or, alternatively, put in the mixer a dozen of dried tomatoes, a tuft of parsley, oil, a teaspoon of capers, a walnut and a Bit of chili and mix until we get a grainy but creamy compound.

If necessary add some more oil. If the mixture is lumpy, we sieve it in a strainer before using it. Let’s get ready to compose the shorts.

Tips for mise en place

Fill the bottom of the liquor cups with a teaspoon of dried cherry tomato Pesto, Compattiaolo Well, then put the mozzarella mousse in a sac a few and finish filling the shorts. We coarsely chop pistachios and spargiamoli on the surface of Capri. We finish with a leaves of basil. We serve on a slate tray.
