Kamut Vegetables and Ham

Today I want to present a recipe more suitable for after holiday, useful to detoxify but without sacrificing the taste of a good range. Fast, healthy, practical, tasty and light, this dish can be consumed both hot and cold. Perfect for adults and children can also be eaten outside the home. It will only serve a few ingredients that we will see below.

400 grams of Kamut
100 grams of ham cooked in a single slice
1 carrot
4 asparagus
100 grams of peas
Powdered Ginger to taste
Spicy Paprika to taste
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

To prepare the Kamut with vegetables and ham, you have to start by cleaning the vegetables then dice the carrot and wash the asparagus, taking care to keep the spikes quite long and divided in half. Put, then, asparagus, carrot and peas in a steamer and we cook for 10 '. In the meantime, cut the ham into cubes and let's put it aside. As soon as the vegetables are cooked, let's put them aside to cool.
