450 grams of nests
2 cloves of garlic
Truffles to taste
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

On very low heat, we heat 3 tablespoons of oil with the skinned and crushed cloves of garlic. In the meantime, put a pot on the fire with plenty of salted water to cook the pasta.
