Plumcake to Carrots

And here we are, after the revelry of Christmas holidays and my 40 birthday, we satisfy another request, that of Daniela, who asked me the recipe for carrot cake. Soon said and done. A very good plumcake to carrots, light and tasty to prepare in a very short time. Let’s see how to proceed hoping to have fully satisfied our friend’s request.


____ _____ Ingredients for 4 people _____-__ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _____

300 grams of flour 00
1 sachet of yeast for sweets
150 grams of sugar
1 jar of low-fat yogurt
100 grams of butter
3 eggs
150 grams of carrots
A pinch of salt

Melt the butter then add it to the egg and yogurt. We put now, in the jug of our robot, the dry ingredients, that is flour, yeast, sugar and salt and we knead the whole.
In the meantime, we grate the carrots. As soon as the dough is smooth and homogeneous, add the carrots and continue to knead for a few more seconds.
Pour the mixture into a mould for plumcake and we supply, in preheated oven, for 40 ‘ to 190 °. We check the cooking with the help of a toothpick then bake and let it cool down.
