Driven by the vision of the mashed American films, I wanted to use their potatoes for a particular flavor which, I assure you, marries perfectly with the meat. Few steps and little time to devote to the preparation to bring to the table this contour. Let's see how to proceed.

1 Kg of American potatoes
350 ml of milk
30 grams of butter at room temperature
30 grams of Parmesan cheese
Salt and nutmeg to taste
. The main advice is to serve the mashed well hot otherwise it loses much of the flavor and the perfect consistency that it must have. Other advice, it's about the type of potato. I used the American one for a test and to try a different taste but the procedure is equal regardless of the type of potato that you decide to use.
