Sweet mashed Potatoes

As promised when we prepared the baked brunette grouper, here is the recipe of my mashed potatoes. Driven by the vision of the mashed American films, I wanted to use their potatoes for a particular flavor which, I assure you, marries perfectly with the meat. Few steps and little time to devote to the preparation to bring to the table this contour. Let's see how to proceed.

1 Kg of American potatoes
350 ml of milk
30 grams of butter at room temperature
30 grams of Parmesan cheese
Salt and nutmeg to taste

We wash the potatoes carefully and boil them in water for 25-30 ' Verifying the cooking (remember that it is better to bake a potato that is raw). As soon as the potatoes are ready, peliamole and Schiacciamole in a boule. Add the cheese, salt and nutmeg. Incorporate well the ingredients and add, little at a time, the milk continuing to stir until we get a creamy consistency. Finally, let's do the butter and prepare to serve.

. The main advice is to serve the mashed well hot otherwise it loses much of the flavor and the perfect consistency that it must have. Other advice, it's about the type of potato. I used the American one for a test and to try a different taste but the procedure is equal regardless of the type of potato that you decide to use.
