Spaghetti Shrimp and cod eggs-cooking today… Samanta

Today presents us his second and certainly not the last recipe. A very tasty dish and to prepare in a few minutes. Let's see how to proceed.

450 grams of spaghetti
15 cherry tomatoes
500 grams of shrimp
1 onion Red
1/2 short of brandy
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
Fresh cod eggs
Salt, pepper, chives and E.V.O. oil Taste

First we cook the pasta, in abundant salted water, for the time indicated in the package.

In the meantime, we cut the onion and let it wither in a sauté, over medium heat, with a tablespoon of oil.

Just ready, we raise the flame and add the tomatoes cut into four. Let them wither slightly then add the prawns and brandy and let it fade.

Add the paprika and pepper. Let's fix salt then add the cod eggs. Amalgamiamole for good so that they will distribute all over the condiment.

We drain the pasta and agenda to the condiment. We cater for a couple of minutes so let's get ready to serve.
