Pork chops in barbecue sauce

I was always attracted to these golosissime specialties that are prepared on American barbecues and for which they are true specialists. Their appearance inspires gluttony and exudes taste from all pores. Here, then, that I have decided and organized to prepare them at home. The process is very simple and the result is really good. The meat will remain soft and tasty, the glaze is something you have to try and the whole is not able to remove from the mouth… we would like a ton but today we satisfied a more "normal" portion. Let's see how to proceed and what it takes to prepare these delicacies.

1 Kg of pork chops
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon of old-fashioned mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce

To prepare the pork chops in BBQ sauce, we start by mixing the dried spices and distribuiamole, evenly, on both sides of the ribs then we use them on the baking sheet that we will be using for baking, lined with parchment paper. We cover the baking sheet with film and put it in the fridge for at least two hours (more to marinate and better absorb the marinade that will give them more flavor) so that the ribs marinate calmly. Let's move on to the preparation of the sauce that we will use for the final part of the cooking. We combine the BBQ sauce, the old mustard, the honey, the soy sauce and the Worcester and mix well until the ingredients are mixed together. The result should be a sauce with dense consistency. So let's put that aside.

 

 

After the time of marinating, we do take temperature to the ribs coming out of the fridge and, meanwhile, preriscaldiamo the oven at 200 °. As soon as the oven has reached the set temperature, we supply the ribs and cook for 1 H.
After 40 ', we go out the baking pan and let the excess fat so we turn the ribs and rinforniamo the whole thing.
After 10 ' bake again the ribs and, with the help of a brush, brush abundant icing on all the meat then terminiamone cooking.
As soon as the meat is easily detached from the bone and the ribs will have the classic brown colour of the typical American ones, bake for the last time and prepare for serve.

Lay the ribs on a serving plate decorating with rosemary. Serviamole freshly baked, beautiful hot and do not notice if everyone will use their hands to eat them.
