4 bass Fillets
breadcrumbs to taste
grated Parmesan to taste
Thyme and oregano to taste
Corn Flakes to taste
Grated rind of a lemon
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

Anoint the fillets, on both sides, with oil.

 

 

We prepare the breading by combining all the ingredients between them, taking care to crumble the Corn flakes, and amalgamiamoli it well.

 

 

We pan the fillets on the side of the meat, then trasferiamoli on a very hot skillet on the side of the skin. Cook for 5 ' then turn the fillets and finish cooking for another 2 ' then turn off the flame and serve.
