Spaghetti prawns, date, zucchinette and pumpkin flowers

Do you know those tips that give you traders to exalt the product you are selling? Perfect, it's the case of my grocery store that, to exalt the cherry tomatoes that I was buying and zucchinette with flowers, I have the advice that can not miss… "You know these zucchini, with that tomato and shrimp… delicious…" Ok, I thought, I'll take your word, I'll make this pasta! But let's see how to proceed with my advice instead of those of my greengrocers…

Ingredients for 4 people:

450 grams of spaghetti
500 grams of fresh prawns
100 grams of cherry tomatoes
200 grams of zucchinette with flowers
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 leek
Salt, pepper and E.V.O. oil Taste

First we have to prepare the line, that is all the ingredients ready to use so that we can start the preparation of the dish. Let's start by shelling the prawns eliminating head, carapace and gut so let's put them aside. We wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in two and put them aside too. Clean the leek and tagliamolo to thin washers, put it in a pan with oil and let it wither with sweet flame. In the meantime, put a pot of water on the fire and boil it. Remove the flower to the pumpkin flowers and sciacquiamoli gently. Let's get them out of the zucchinette that we'll cut to rondelline and set aside. The leek will be ready then add the tomatoes and zucchinette and cook with a lively flame. At this point the water should start to boil, saliamola and cook the pasta for the time indicated in the package. When the tomato starts to wither, we combine the shrimp and soy sauce and let them color for a couple of minutes turning them with a wooden spoon. Add the pumpkin flowers and, if necessary, a ladle of cooking water of the dough. Let's cook 5 more. The dough should be ready then scoliamola and combine it to the condiment. Let's blow it up nicely so that we mix it up, fix it with salt and pepper and get ready to serve.
Tips for mise en place:

With the help of a take spaghetti, we put our pasta on a plate, we take a spoonful of seasoning and we try to finish the dish with a pumpkin flower. A minced pepper and a drizzle of raw oil will complete our composition.
